Host Caroline Hawley monitors their progress and also finds out how thrifty Victorians turned rags into rugs to add a bit of comfort to cold cottages, hearing too of a curious technique called 'progging'. There's tough bidding at the auction near Wrexham, with Matthew Tong calling the lots on the rostrum.

Friends Jacqui, Nigel, Phil and Jane must try to get from A to B by stepping on the truths and avoiding the lies in order to cross the studio floor safely, or risk falling off the bridge and out of the game.

The Ultimate Wingwalker: Our Lives
S9 Kirsten is a wingwalker with the world's only formation wingwalking display team. Three years ago, she and pilot Dave narrowly escaped death when their aircraft was forced to ditch into the sea in front of thousands of spectators. However, this documentary catches the pair - alongside fellow wingwalker Emma and pilot Mike - preparing to perform a new move that is more daring and difficult than anything they've ever done before. With the threat of bad weather and tight timeframes, the film builds towards their nail-biting final performance.

Spain v Switzerland (Kick-off 8.00pm). All the action from the third Women's UEFA Euro 2025 quarter-final, held at Stadion Wankdorf in Bern, Switzerland. As reigning world champions, Spain entered the tournament as favourites, and have justified that status so far with victories over Italy, Belgium and Portugal in Group B. Qualifying for this stage proved to be a tougher test for the hosts, but they eventually finished second in Group A, five points below Norway, but above Finland and Iceland.
