E6 Bergen Richard Ayoade is joined by Lou Sanders for a two-day blast around Bergen, in Norway. Richard and Lou start as they mean to go on by taking a speedboat transfer from the airport to their waterfront lodgings. They explore the historic neighbourhood of Bryggen, ride a cable car to the top of Mount Ulriken, and fly down the the fastest zipline in Norway, against Richard's better judgement.

E7 Krakow Richard Ayoade and Joe Wilkinson whizz round the historic Polish city of Krakow. Poland's second city is known for its culture, fairy-tale old town and baked goods. The pair dive headlong into a baking workshop, making Krakow's signature salty snack, before heading to a salt mine to marvel at the world's largest underground chapel. They also enjoy vodka and pickles followed by pierogi dumplings before visiting a stained glass workshop for some soldering.

S1 E15 Robson is joined by Hairy Biker Si King on his quest to find new ways of spending time in the great outdoors. Taking the scenic route north to Chillingham, the pair head out to visit the estate's famous wild cattle. And with a shared interest in mental wellness, they sign up for an outdoor music session to explore the health benefits of group drumming.
