Wayne and Garth decide to stage a rock festival. After losing his late-night cable show, Wayne has a dream in which Jim Morrison tells him to put on a massive music festival - Waynestock. Before this can be achieved, the budding promoters must overcome several hurdles and sort out their turbulent love lives.
